Berkley Riverfront, Kansas City, MO. – Art Garden KC Festival Sundays in collaboration with Troost Market Collective is moving to Berkley Riverfront Park for the 2023 season thanks to the new partnership with Port KC. Art Garden KC has seen tremendous growth in its young, three-year existence and the park offers room to spread its painted wings.
The festival is a FREE family and pet-friendly event that promotes and supports local artists of all mediums. Music, yoga, food trucks, and children’s activities are woven into and around the roughly 70 vendors offering handcrafted clothes, jewelry, sculptures, art and more.
“We are absolutely thrilled to host our 2023 season in Berkley Riverfront and can’t thank our partners at Port KC enough for this beautiful opportunity!” – Bethany Alzanadi, founder and Chief Executive Officer. “This is a dream location for community-centered festivals, we hope both our vendors and visitors will enjoy this new venture. We are anticipating what’s to come.”
The goal of Art Garden KC is to create equitable economic opportunities for creative entrepreneurs and small businesses. It continues to grow thanks to the support of Troost Market Collect. Art Garden offers Kansas City residents the chance to see, buy and experience unique art in an open space. Art Garden KC and Port KC are excited about the new partnership to bring art to the masses and the masses to the artists. Berkley Riverfront Park is a location that offers growth and elbow room for this COVID-born idea.
Port KC has been a supporter of the arts and is excited to continue its commitment to investing in Kansas City’s culture.
