Copaken Brooks, CP Real Estate Capital, and Burns & McDonnell partnered to design and build, Reverb. The 132-unit apartment complex will rest atop a two-story, above-ground parking garage, at 18th and Walnut in the Crossroads Art District.
Port KC issued $45 million in privately backed bonds to support this project. This transit-oriented project includes ground-floor and roof commercial space, with 10% of units set aside at affordable rates for the duration of the bond issuance.
